Welcome to Arun’s Yoga! These terms and conditions set out the rules for using our website at https://arunsyoga.in, including our accounts, memberships, online store and tools.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all of them, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be 18 or older to buy products or subscriptions. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done under your account. Please give accurate information, and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, Arun’s Yoga and/or its licensors own the intellectual property in all material on this website, including articles, videos, transcripts, books (for example It’s Her and Cosmic Engineering), artwork, source code and custom software tools. All rights are reserved.
You may use content for your own personal use, subject to these terms. You must not:
- republish material from Arun’s Yoga without prior permission and attribution;
- sell, rent or sub-license material;
- reproduce, duplicate or copy material for commercial gain;
- share, resell or redistribute paid or members-only content, downloads, or your account access.
4. Memberships, Subscriptions and Paywalled Content
Some content is available only to paying members. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay and renew automatically at the interval you choose until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future billing periods with notice. You can cancel at any time (see our Cancellation and Refund Policy). Access ends when your paid period ends.
5. Online Purchases
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. An order is confirmed only after the payment provider confirms your payment. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud. Digital products are delivered as a download link or by email. Physical products are shipped to the address you give us, so please check it carefully. Delivery times are estimates.
6. Coupons and Discounts
- Coupon codes are valid only for the products, plans and dates they are issued for, and have limited uses.
- A coupon cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so.
- For some subscription payments (for example through Razorpay), the full price may be charged first and the discount returned to you automatically as a partial refund shortly afterwards.
- We may withdraw a coupon, or cancel an order, if it is misused or obtained improperly.
7. Sellers and Submitted Content
Parts of this site let approved users submit products or videos. If you submit content or list a product, you confirm that you own it or have the right to publish it, that it is accurate and lawful, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and promote it on the site.
- Commission: for products sold online, we keep a commission percentage shown in the seller form or agreed with you, and the balance is owed to the seller.
- Payouts: payouts are made manually to the payout method you give us (such as PayPal, UPI or bank transfer) after the sale is confirmed and any refund or return period has passed. Seller is responsible for keeping payout details correct, and for any taxes on their income. Transfer charges may be deducted.
- Sellers are responsible for the quality, description, delivery and after-sales support of their products. We may remove any listing, or withhold or reverse a payout, for fraud, infringement, refunds or breach of these terms.
8. Astrology, Tarot and Other Tools
Our tools and readings are provided for educational and entertainment purposes only, as explained in our Disclaimer. We do not guarantee any outcome.
9. User Comments and Community Conduct
Parts of this website and our community channels let users post comments. We do not filter, edit or review comments before they appear, and comments do not reflect the views of Arun’s Yoga. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, spam or misleading. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to break or bypass payment or paywall systems, scrape content in bulk, or interfere with its operation.
10. Consultations and Services
Requests for consultations, energy sessions or community events are subject to availability. Payments for services are governed by the specific terms shown at checkout or on the invoice.
11. Third-Party Services
Payments are handled by Stripe, PayPal and Razorpay, and videos are served by YouTube. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arun’s Yoga and its authors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from your use of this website or its products and services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
