Sri Ramanujar, also known as Ramanujacharya, was a 11th-century Indian philosopher and theologian, renowned for his contributions to the Vishishtadvaita (Qualified Non-Dualism) school of Vedanta. A key proponent of Vaishnavism, he emphasized devotion (bhakti) to Lord Vishnu as the path to salvation. Ramanuja advocated for social equality and inclusivity, preaching that the divine grace of God is accessible to all, regardless of caste or social standing. His works, including the Sri Bhashya, shaped Hindu philosophy and spirituality, leaving a lasting legacy that continues to influence religious thought in India.
