Felicity is a multifaceted health professional, drummer, and artist based in Los Angeles, CA. Certification as a nutrition coach and yoga instructor has been achieved through Yoga Alliance, with years of experience gained in the health and fitness industry as both a trainer and coach. Education was pursued at SUNY Purchase and SUNY Stony Brook, with a college background in visual art, journalism, nutrition, and health science. A primary focus is placed on outdoor fitness and “fluid” exercises such as hiking, dancing, swimming, and yoga/pilates. A background in sports, including semi-professional soccer, dirt biking, gymnastics, and volleyball, has been established. Extensive experience as a licensed motorcycle rider has been accumulated over most of adult life.
Musically, drumming has been a passion for over 20 years, alongside work as a music producer and aspiring DJ. Drumming has been a part of life since elementary school, with a professional background established through high school, college, and beyond. Years of experience have been accumulated through touring and playing in various rock and metal bands. Self-taught music production skills have been developed, primarily on Ableton, leading to the production and publication of several music albums and EPs.
Within entertainment, experience has been gained as an actress, model, activist, writer, photographer, dancer, event host, and promoter. Work has been completed for many nutritional companies, magazines, and websites as a consultant, sales representative, and freelance artist. Currently, an EP with the metal band “Constraints of Light” is being finished, alongside the writing of a novel.
