well I became severely addicted to alcohol at a very young age so I was 12 when I actually developed that full-blown addiction and I tried everything I was not one of those people in denial like I knew I had a problem I knew I needed help I was willing to get help I tried therapy I tried traditional treatment centers um I did everything that I could I would have like a year maybe a year and a half sober I would relapse it would be worse afterwards when I started drinking again and so um yeah I finally tried aversion therapy and that's actually how I got sober it's a very controversial treatment where you actually drink after um taking epicac which makes you vomit
