So it's been like you know I think uh it's been like almost 4 years ago we had the first podcast you remember like after this is after 4 years uh I mean yeah we are joining again you're excited yeah long journey but I am journey lot of lesson I'm excited what's happened in uh these four years there is a lot of stories and also uh in the journey of healing. I guess you've been evolved a lot maybe you know or you might be able to help a lot of people and uh you could have received a lot of help.

Yeah, it's been I mean it's really interesting to know also uh there is lot of uncertaintities also happening in uh America there is uh you know he is saying your president is saying he's attacked and uh they are saying nobody knows president when president was did the attack and there is lot of interesting stories are going around in US in global scale also So like there is Israel, Palestinian is attacking each other and you know so that is also there in the books also.

Some people are saying it was uh said in Bible and also you are coming from a great tradition of uh um American Indians you know a lot of American Indians and their uh um you know healing practices and things like that. These all the stories which people would love to know and love to hear. What do you think?

Yes, I know that we're having these problems because we're disconnected from our spirit and our spiritual ways of being. There's a lot of things going on that is disrupting the way we view reality. Um, we we all got addicted or got really into this online stuff without really thinking it over. I was awake back in the day when the schools gave my kid an iPad and let them keep it over the summer. I was like, "This isn't good." And then they were just going to make me police that. And I'm like, "This isn't good for kids." But everyone was so excited that it was technology and oh what a great thing that we weren't looking at the bad sides of it and it's something I'm still struggling with today. So this screen time that everyone seems to love to consume.

It's affecting things on deep levels that people don't understand. It's interfering with the way that we connect in real life which is actually more important than just whatever the dopamine hit is online.

I think uh almost 16 years I think uh there was study has been showing uh there are people are spending approximately 16 uh to 20 years of their total lifetime in front of screens. know the either it is in social media or work or whatever the reason might be they're spending approximately that many hours in front of screen.

So also you know what like uh uh you also has been came across uh we've been talking in other day the parenting of the people like uh the way which people are growing up in US and the way which people are growing up in India. This is quite interesting like you know what is your uh uh views on that?

Well, I actually don't know indepth how you know I didn't live in India. I did live near a lot of Indian neighbors and I really really enjoyed it. The way that they raise their children is really how I aspired to raise my kids. Especially because these American East Indians who were living at least half of the people that were living around me were Indian. That was quite a big influence for America. And their kids were not allowed to be on the devices during the summer all day every day. And so there was just a beautiful wave of children running around in the summer outside, not allowed to be stuck inside. And it was fantastic. When my son was hanging around those kids, he was so well behaved. And it was a beautiful thing. We loved it for years. And he went to a preschool with a bunch of small Indian children learning different ways of being. And I can see how that affected him later on in his life. Mhm. We have to take control of this because our children, most children, now I have my youngest is a teenager, but he's having a real hard time finding internal motivation other than money. And we haven't I haven't raised him this way. So these influences are concerning to me. Mhm. I mean, if the only way he's getting motivation is looking at the screen and doing what everyone else does, I sometimes question, is this you're doing this? I get it. He's in a in a trying to identify himself area in his life, but I continue to urge him. Is this what you want or what they all think is cool? Every so often, he goes against what they think is cool, and I love that and support it.

It could be something as simple as a pair of basketball shoes or a shirt that he likes and they don't. But I encourage him to retain some of that individuality. So you're really unhappy about the people who are spending time with the screen.

Yeah. And you can tell children that are homeschooled that don't get that all the time, that aren't in that regular school vibe. They act different. They they interact with adults on a very different level.

Um I can see it. I've tried to foster that in my child. So I've done the best that I can. I'm a single mother. I don't have all the resources to educate my child exactly the way that I wanted to. But I've done some alternative things for him because we had hard times and people thought it was kind of crazy, but at the time I just knew it was right for us and did what I needed to do. Mhm.

So when you look into the way they have uh your son has interacted with the American kids and uh the Indian kids what are the changes you've been observed like if you if you look into the parenting in very detail like uh there is a philosophical story which has been written by Kafka uh that is metamorphosis. I think you might have been uh have you read that particular book? No, I have not. So this is metamorphosis. Uh what happens is that the um you know uh the Kafka is discussing about a person who suddenly uh transformed as a bug. The morning he woke up and he just transformed himself as a bug. And the way how he is interacting with the family members because the morning he woke up and he himself see he is as a bug and the thing which uh suddenly came into his mind is that how he will go to work today. So the the workaholic uh ideas is been affected him in a such a way and uh uh he was uh then there are a lot of discussions are happening and finally the family members are killing this particular bug at the end of the story.

So Kafka has been grown up with a father who is basically uh um he is basically like uh he gave a lot of trauma in his childhood uh basically for this particular philosopher and uh his work is basically uh exploring all these aspects all these shadows which he got in his childhood. So when we look into all this stuff in that particular direction what what you see how do you analyze this particular situation?

Oh the story of it or why that story exists or the the no the the message from the story? Yeah, the the because the protagonist of this particular story, he uh it's basically uh the Kafka's uh you know uh the the the the depth of mind the Kafka is been experiencing. he is trying to uh um reflect that uh uh that visions and ideologies into his character and that's why this story got a lot of depth uh and uh that is the uh what what failed here is the parenting of the Kafka I mean because of his father he become he he got lot of experiences is uh that is traumatic and uh he expressed these uh shadow aspects of his uh mentality uh through some stories that is that is philosophically very uh in-depth stories basically. Uh so when you when we look into these kind of uh reflections into parenting, how do you feel about this?

What has happened? Well, what has happened? And I it wasn't on a conscious level before because I didn't know my trauma or I didn't know anything about shadow selves years ago. I felt kind of spiritual and positive, but other than that, I didn't know the in-depth part because we don't teach it in the American culture. and we just don't teach it at this depth. And the people that were into that were not where my vibration was. But we're what I did do when I looked back after I had my spiritual awakening is I did raise my children differently subconsciously without being conscious. I chose to parent differently because your body keeps the score. Your body knows what happened to you. So, and same with your nervous system. So I changed myself to be a better mother and father than my parents were to me because of that beautiful experience that I was able to have as a mother. Now I particularly had some fertility issues. So I was very very happy. I thought I might have issues having a baby because of some longstanding chronic illness but that was not the case. So I felt very thankful that I was pregnant. Not every mother feels that way. But um you learn after every child you're the really the point is we're all spiritual beings before we come into the physical manifestation. and we're supposed to somehow improve on ourselves or find a way to be a good influence in someone else's life or whatever it is our path is. And by putting the work in when my children were little, now that they're older, I feel so much more confident and I allow my son, who's a very typical American teenager, to get into some situations where he's going to have trouble. And I just constantly give him the same um boundaries like this is what's going to happen if you do this and this is what's going to happen if you do that. and he still has to push the boundaries sometimes. So, um I'm imagining that the American children do have much more freedom. I mean, he's allowed to go ride his bike for an hour somewhere if he wanted to. And when we were living near the Indian children, they weren't allowed to do that. I didn't judge them. I just understood they're from a different place. But my kid was allowed to go a little bit further and it worked for him. So I did what I felt was best and the Indian neighbors were incredibly welcoming to making it work and let teaching both of us a lot about their culture. I just noticed that they had they had a lot more rituals. I mean they stuck together. They're from all over India. But they all stuck together because they knew they needed each other to to make this, you know, American journey of theirs because most of them were first generation Indians, which I loved because they just do old world Indian things that I didn't see every day. So I didn't watch TV. I was just sitting out on my front porch watching the Indians and I was learning a lot.

Mhm. So I have to I just want to mention that watching the Indian parents play bad mitten in the street with their kids. So beautiful. It's so beautiful. We don't really do that. Just like get a net and put it out there and everybody so cute.

So generally uh in America parents don't play badminton with their kids. No, bad mitten's not the main one. It would be more like baseball or, you know, throw the ball or a basketball. I don't I don't really like sports, but um when my son was younger, he was into the scootering, so we just had to make a little uh ramp and I could just he just wanted to be watched and he wanted someone to see his tricks and make sure he was improving and and bless all the Indian neighbors that had to listen to my kids skateboard on the wooden ramp for hours and hours at a time.

So let's uh let's see like you know let's imagine you are an Indian parent. Uh what is the thing which you could have done differently in order to grow up your kids? Well, I could really only speak from if Indians are in America because I don't know what would be better in your Indian culture because I don't live there. in the American culture.

I think um trying to maybe teach a little bit more freedom and safety because the Indian kids just weren't allowed to do anything unless it was exactly kind of how the parents wanted it. Had to be very sort of monitored, controlled, watched. Um, but then like when I would sometimes just take my son to the random place to do some snowboarding where he'd actually have to walk up the hill, not like a proper like but the Indian parents would love the skills. They're like, "Oh, wow. Your kid has a lot of skills." I'm like, "You sort of got to let them get hurt and have a little more freedom to learn those skills." So I would say to the Indians living in America, maybe take some steps to allow some of that freedom because they enjoyed those qualities in my son, but you got to let them have a little bit more freedom. But I understand that in from coming from their culture, they might not be familiar with doing that. Mhm.

Yeah. the the the more you get hurt, the more skills you learn actually like because the that is how you can um come out from the pain of the situation which you are going through right you know especially with very active boys they have to fall and get hurt and realize I can't do that anymore it's hurting me because after three boys I'm not going to sit there and tell them a hundred times don't do that you're going to get hurt don't do that by the third kid we're all just the the two older kids and I would just sit there and go, "Try it." Sometimes you need to just not talk and be like, "Get right out." And I have to say, one of my most beautiful parenting moments was my son had taken his scooter to the skate park, was skating all day long, came home, he had a smile on his face, and as soon as he saw me, he lifted up his shirt and on he had a really pretty bad injury on his skin and he just cried. He goes, "I did something stupid and I got hurt." And I was like, I just could be the mom to console him, but it was a beautiful lesson. He na he just named it himself. I did something stupid and I got hurt and I'm like, "Yeah, that that's how it works." Instead of going somewhere and trying to blame someone else for teaching my kid this or there's no blame, that's just physics.

You're a boy, you do dangerous things, you get hurt. So now we have spoken about the way what you could been uh um what is lacking in Indian kids. I think that is almost uh same I think whatever your observation is actually uh it's comes a really accurate uh uh really it is accurate basically when I look into the my Indian peers this is what I can observe like you know there is a lot of things which they are lacking uh in the skill level because of uh I mean the freedom help you to develop skills and it's it helps you to uh explore a lot it helps helps you to see a lot. Uh so this the what you observe in the American kids uh which they can learn from Indian kids.

What can American learn kids learn from Indian kids? Yeah. Oh a lot. The first thing I want to say is the Indian kids do have a very vibrant high vibration. So the children of that I see in America are very vibrant moving around you know um full of energy. Oh the Indian children are much more kind to each other. Um they know the social rules more. They're I feel that they're less likely to get angry and throw as many temper tantrums. And I'm thinking that that probably came from their parents having more patience from them. Their parents understanding in your long history of evolution how important parent I mean it's pretty serious for Indian people when they have a kid the ones that I've seen. So they put a lot of effort into it and um no there's a lot of a lot that's why I liked my children being around Indian kids because they're just more kind and um flexible and they're willing to play with I mean they're all Indian and they speak English but it's still a little bit hard to understand them but my son just sort of he kind of felt the vibe more than heard the words sort of and they all just they all just wanted to play have a good time and they accepted my son into the group. I I think they're fantastic.

I've had such great experiences. I the vibrancy when I see the uh I mean the kids from the west I feel like they are more uh curious and vibrant than that of Indian kids that that's what I felt like you know I'm not so sure how does like you know for examp are you observing the American kids in India or on TV I I mean American kids in India. They there are people who lives in India actually not Americans per se like Europeans.

Yeah. Uh probably because I would think that they're feeling more vibrant because they're around all of the Indian vibrant people and they're feeling that energy. That's what I would say. Yeah. The thing is like uh when a white person is in India there is a lot of Indian scums around them you know it's it's really funny actually like when I was with some people when I'm walking I mean I was with one uh woman she's from um uh Germany and she's white basically we've been traveling together so what happens wherever I go there are a lot of peoples will come around her like you know and she is saying like you know this is not how the things are working in Germany like uh people don't even talk to anybody like you know but here I feel here I feel more uh you know uh down to I mean here I feel more expressive like uh do you feel like uh uh because of uh the white kids those are in India because the uh brown Indians will cover them up like you know just Sure. Seeing like absolutely someday just just you know increased interest or I mean are they thinking that because they just don't see white people except on TV? Is that why they act like that? It's just something very different and they're very curious.

Is that why what was that? They they it's just because they're not used to seeing somebody like in every day. Yeah. It's just no it's not common. Uh white people in India it's not so common because everybody's brown here like yeah it makes sense right people are just more curious and then they're interested and then that makes you more it's just kind of like kids the more you interact with them it's a beautiful human response to something different. Um, so many of us have such negative information pouring into us from the screens that I mentioned that we could all use a break from that we forget that this is another human being. It's not just whatever you thought it was and whatever you were told in school or on social media. there's an actual real person here and you have an an opportunity to learn a different perspective or notice something different and I think that's a beautiful story that that that made her feel good and everybody had their interest biked I like that just because you are white like you know you will get a lot of attention everybody will come together and can I take a selfie can I take a selfie like I would probably think it was charming and fun and that's I think what I would do. I don't know. I haven't been there yet.

There is uh people are living together in India. The I mean the cultural like you know there is a city called Oruroa which is in the south of India. It's a um uh it's an uh experimental city basically. So there are uh peoples from different parts of the world come together and they live together there.

Uh and there is no religion no uh no rules and things like that. It is an experimental city basically uh founded by Arobindo and uh uh his concert uh her name was Mother. So she is I think she's from uh uh she's again she is from Italy I believe and uh they met in India and they started this particular town uh she builted this particular town and uh you know it was an experimental town. This is like one generation is over like it's uh their um um offsprings are living there like you know it's more than 100 years so it's a second generation of the people who are living there right now. uh so it's like um where you we can see really the intercultural collaborative is been brought out a lot of wonders there actually um so that is uh that is one interesting thing to look into.

So when we look into all this stuff like you know where do you see the spirituality? Oh, absolutely. In the fact that someone took their spiritual desires to build something like that to be the change, right? Be the change you wish to see in the world. And they did make a change. And people can literally just move, you know, it's whatever the qualifications are to be there. You're a completely different being when you live around being and there's more peace. It changes your vibration and it will raise it.

You you'll likely if you're ready for it, you'll likely be happier there. And then that gives everyone else a model to say, "Oh, maybe we're having housing issues that we really want to look on comm issues with our community. Well, look what we've got to look for." Some place like that.

So, yeah. spiritual. It's all spiritual. Every all the concepts that they're trying to learn and improve and and heal people and reduce suffering. Mhm. No, when but when I look into the kids of this particular village Yeah. Uh so what I see is that the uh the kids those who are actually has the white parents are more active than that of the kids those who are having Indian parents actually this is what I saw maybe I don't know I mean what what does it make uh I I'm not so sure like you know how the Indians will behave I mean uh how the Indian kids will behave in the arounded surrounded with the white people I really don't know. Like I mean I never saw I would guess that they would probably adopt some of each other's best practices. It's like anything in in business. You know, whatever makes sense for that community, they're going to do that. Someone else can come through and say, "Oh, you should do it this way and this way." But if they found a harmonious way of doing something that works for their community, they're just going to keep doing it.

Excuse me. I'm always curious of this. What was that? Nothing. I I'm always curious of this like you know if there is an Indian kid which has been surrounded by white kid. Uh do the white kids will ask to take a selfie with the Indian kid?

I don't think so. Mhm. because I think that they've been on the screens too long and they're too interested in whatever's going on the screen and not shown to enjoy other people. If we're talking kids the age of my son, I'm that's what I can go on right now because that's what phase we're in. He's 60. I don't think so.

Mhm. And we live in an area that there's brown people but not Indians. So no, I don't think they would. Too self-absorbed in their own culture. That was one of the main reasons when my children moved. We moved after I got a divorce and we were in a school that was 98% white and I was like I don't want them in this school. That's not what I teach them.

Great life lessons. So [Music] So when did you got your uh first awakening experience? I had a major spiritual awakening because my life was derailing so badly. Yeah. It's just a throat chakra's clearing Arun. Been working on that. Um I had a major spiritual awakening because I didn't know who I was and I didn't understand how much of my power other people were using in their life.

and how much I was caretaking in my job and my children where I had worn myself down so bad because I was just listening to regular doctors and going to doctors and doing what they said and none of that worked.

And when I had my spiritual awakening, God was like, "This is not the life you planned and this is why." So then I had to navigate a bunch of childhood trauma. Mhm. that I didn't know I had because your brain will hide it from you to protect you.

And then that awakening was like a 24 to 48 hour process. Mhm. And literally within those two days, and that was in 2019, within those two days, I had a completely different outlook for the rest of my life.

[Music] So when I talked to you, I think I had already had I'm pretty sure I already had the spiritual awakening, but I didn't embody I didn't hadn't had all the embodiment and sematic work to embody what my brain knew. Does that make sense?

Kind of like can I be like it's like if you say I'm a good person, I'm a kind person. But then you walk out the door. Mhm. And then you forget that part and you just let your ego, you just, you know, don't remember that part of yourself and then you come back and say, "I'm kind." No, it's kind of like that. Um, no, I prove that I'm I'm kind. I know, you know, that kind of thing. Actually living it and standing by what you say in a challenging situation.

So funny. I've definitely been working on my throat chakra and I can tell that even interacting with you is having an effect on that. [Music] Yeah. So you are also um interested in the healing practices of the American Indians, right? like you know uh you know some of their traditions and uh their practices which uh you have gone through.

It's become very clear to me that one of the main reasons Americans are in the problems and having the problems and the emotional problems that they are in is because we don't have our sacred ceremonies anymore. We've lost all of that and we need to bring it back. So the principles and the ways that the American Indians did things is one of the ways that we can all use our spiritual energy to bring back the godly ways.

So one if I could get anything out the most important thing is it doesn't matter what kind of spirituality you use. Mhm. It's that you use spirituality and spiritual technique and use it for your benefit to raise your vibration and increase your presence and your power in the world. We don't need to argue about which religion does this or that.

It's time for us to use our intellect and say, "Okay, we've got all this information from these religions. I need to choose. what works for me and what doesn't work for me. And if it's it doesn't work for me because it makes me feel uncomfortable, that's not valid anymore. That's called spiritual bypassing.

So, we need to have the courage to look at ourselves when maybe we're thinking, "Oh, I don't want to do that because it sounds too hard." Now, we got to start looking at things that are hard. Because even like with laboring babies Mhm. when we have gone to hospitals for all these years, we've given up our power and that's why the home birthing thing is coming back because we gave up too much of our power and we didn't trust that we could have a baby on our own. I didn't want to have a home birth. I was not prepared to do it on my own when I had the babies. But now that I'm looking at these beautiful women and they're feeling great from it in a careful way and they have midwives and they've got knowledge.

Well, that's great. I'm in the I'm Indians. No, the American women are now going back to home birthing, birthing and having their babies at home, which is a right of passage for a woman. And my point is we can use the knowledge from the East Indians, from the American Indians. We just need to start bringing our ceremonies back into our lives because the Americans don't have very many of them. Mhm. Mhm. So one thing uh so is there any particular ceremonies which you have gone through uh with respect to the uh uh I mean red Indians.

Um I am just beginning that journey to go back to we got to create kind of new updated ceremonies is really what we got to do. I mean, we all think spirituality is here and it's set and we can't change it. We can because we're more evolved beings. So, we have to take some of these elements and start having more of these coming of age or rights of passage.

All of the older European and East Indian, North American had all of these ceremonies, but we don't have them now. So we at first need to acknowledge I mean we need to acknowledge that we're missing them and that we need them back is the kind of the first step. Mhm. Mhm.

So anything you have you can say particularly which you have gone through or uh you've been uh into like you know if if we if we speak about the uh uh red Indians or American Indians uh there is a a certain way uh they connect with the spirits of the nature uh they use feathers they use fire they use water there is magic is been associated with the character.

There is magic associated with the fire. There is magic associated with uh you know birds and feathers and uh they have also prophecies which uh later comes true and uh there is a way they they uh the shamans of the uh American Indians connect to the soul in a particular way and there is a music is been involved and there is a sort of psychedelics also has been involved. So when we look into all these things, have you uh have you gone through are you familiar with any of uh their traditional approach which I have taken those elements and made it into a process for myself that I can do in my environment like particularly where I live I can't have an outdoor fire but as part of one of my initiations in my own journey I would so what happens at night is, you know, subconsciously things get worked out in the dreamscape. And so in the morning, this was like last winter, I would get up and light a candle and drink only tea, not coffee, because coffee was going to wake me up without the natural learning of what am I processing?

And I had a little glass thing. You could put a candle in it. And then I would put essential oil at the top. Mhm. So, I would just sit there, excuse me, in the morning and just feel the pain and sit with the fire. And I mean, if you're asking me what can people do to reconnect with some of these practices, um, go back to having a backyard fire with your family and just sitting there and not having the TV as a focus or getting back to the habit of walking, walking with your friends, walking with your kids. Nobody. I I don't even see enough people just outdoor looking at the view. If a bird comes near you, this morning there was a particular bird that came closer to me and my dog than I have ever seen. Look up the type of bird and look up the spiritual meaning.

I have a bunch of them listed on my Instagram, but that's the universe is always trying to tell us messages, but a lot of the Americans are so busy watching the other stuff online that they're not getting the message. So, look at the bird. That's what what are the uh and what happened? So you've been uh talking about the uh sitting in the outdoor and uh putting the essential oil around the fire and what was your expecting there? What was happened there? What was happening is I was getting better connection with my deeper self and my intuition.

And what happens when that happens is you can see more of the less authentic people who are online or even in your regular life. you start to see through um the fakeness and the veil dropped last April and so that means everybody's seeing clearer and it's scaring people because if you don't have a spiritual mindset some of the things that people do are going to scare you but if you have a spiritual mindset and you understand sometimes I it's brought me closer to the truth and that's what we're all here is for we know this we're all trying to find the truth of ourselves or or the reason that we've come to earth. If you haven't gotten that part in your spiritual journey, you probably should be asking those questions. Why am I on this really thick earth right now in this toxic place?

Like what is my job in this? What what is my role? Because if you don't, you're going to be in pain. There's so many things happening. If you don't know what's going on, you'll be confused and depressed. Mhm. Mhm. Mhm. So you've been talking about the uh birds and the messages. You know any messages which is associated with the birds which you can see.

Well the the tricky thing about spirituality is you have to start that discernment for yourself because if you see let's say there's a lot of ravens where I live. Mhm. Mhm. If I see a raven coming real close to me, like closer than it normally does. Mhm. I basically go look up and they'll give you three or four different interpretations and then you have to do the feeling work. Well, what what which one of those three messages was meant for me?

Because that's connecting you more with the feel instead of getting an alert on your phone. This is happening. This is happening. You want to know what's really happening. You can hear it. This is this is what the the Indians did. You can hear it in the wind. You can get the messages from the bird.

It's like connecting to higher realms that's giving you more information. [Music] You become more informed on a vibratory level and not just the intellectual. We've got a lot of smart people on this earth. That's not our problem, right?

So there are rituals also associated. Are you familiar with any of the rituals? Any uh any rituals which they used to do? No, I've started to create my own because the thing about it is when I looked up some of the old rituals, they didn't speak in a way that makes sense to me. Mhm. And if you really really want to communicate with the universe, you're going to do it through feel because the actual language is a less accurate way to perceive than actually the feeling.

Mhm. So yeah, I learned to communicate and feel on higher levels and then it became what is it? Then it would, you know, I've I got my dog, my first dog. Oh, this was right around the spiritual awakening time and she's now eight. So just practicing because she can't talk and I care about her so much. like right now she has pulled muscle and she couldn't walk around much for a day and it really hurt me. Um but I had to know, you know, this has happened before. She has a weakness in there. I do reike on her. Just had to let her heal. And it was so sad when she let out some of those really terrible cries that I barely hear from her. But that makes me understand just how gentle I need to be with her and how much time I didn't need to go to a vet. I heard her pain myself.

I understood the message of what she needed to heal. And her connection with me and you can heal yourself with energy you just have to practice. It can't just be like, "Oh, I just woke up and decided I'm going to do this." It's a skill. I mean you can do it but it's not going to be as strong as someone who do does it all the time.

[Music] And you are also speaking about the angels. So what they do to you when I feel that it's like um I'll tell you what the feeling feels like because we need to get people to understand what these feelings are so when it happens to them they're like oh now I know what that feeling is. When the angels come to me, it feels like this energy is coming so close to me and raising up my perspective.

So even if some of the worldly things all the worldly things kind of leave my awareness and only that truth that I need to know at that moment. So it's a more of like a strong clarity that comes into me when they're around.

So how connected you are with the angels? When did they started appearing with you? Well, they're always around everyone, but as you progress along your lifetime, like you know, the the way you promote yourself like you know the uh wherever uh I'll look into your uh um you know uh uh website or your writings everything.

Oh, the angel prana. Where did that name come from? No, there are always angels. So when you use uh some particular symbolism or a particular uh thing into the uh expressing yourself to the world in a way uh everything got important. So I just wondering how connected uh from where they came to you in first place like they came to me during the spiritual awakening in a big way and said basically Mhm.

It was a whole new awareness like like hearing a very I didn't hear a voice but it was a presence and I said I'm Melissa from Minnesota. I'm a nice person. Leave me alone. And the energy said no. Mhm. And when I heard that back or felt it, I didn't hear it. I felt it. Mhm. I just shut my mouth and was like, "What does that mean?" And I've been on that journey ever since.

So that's what the journey is is you think you're this person that was born to be parents, but the angels and the guides and the spiritual forces came to me and was like, "No, you're just getting started, girl." Mhm. And it happened to me when I was 44. And that's an angel number, too.

It was the time in my life where I had to wake up to what I really came here to do and realized that most of what I was living was just not my full potential, not where I was supposed to be. It was highly conditioned.

And I came here for a purpose. And it was basically, are you ready for the challenge that you set up for yourself? And that presence around me didn't give me any space to say no. None. There was How many years ago was it? How many years? 2019.

Mhm. Mhm. And uh since then you started to walk with the angels. Yeah. Mhm. Um, when I get when my energy raises, I find that there's more phone calls that come into my phone. Funny like that. Yeah. So, can you repeat that again because I got interrupted?

So, from 2019, you've been walking with the angels. Oh, right. Um, I think one of the most difficult things that I did, I've realized that I am a major cycle breaker. So I came into my family to break a bunch of very painful old cycles that they are not strong enough to do.

Um they weren't meant for it. They they weren't going to change. My family was never going to accept the kind of way that I was and I needed to leave because they were not the family that I needed. And that's another big thing that people have problems with. Um, but I moved away and once I moved halfway across the country, I understood that I'm in a safe space. I didn't even understand that I didn't have a level of safety because I'd never had it. So when I came out here, I found a very different energy, a lot of amplifying energies out here.

It's not far from Sedona. And I had to do a lot of sematic healing. So I had to do EMDR. That was a major thing that happened. And I had to go through 10 EMDR. What is it? Electromagnetic uh reprocessing. E is it magnetic reprocessing?

What was it? What is it? What is it? It's a sematic technique that therapists like licensed therapists use to rewire and reintegrate the two sides of your brain. Very popular in America. You can get it at a therapist's office.

But someone has to do it with you, you know. It's a it's a healing technique between two people. I still don't know how it works. Usually I like to know how things work. All I know is that it did and the effects were very strong. So basically like your chakras are software and you're upgrading and so somebody has to kind of come in there and make sure everything is aligned where it is and that's what EMDR is. You can study a lot about this. I'm not the expert. I'm just saying it work for me. Mhm. So somehow all that um pain from my childhood had to be transmuted and sematically processed.

And that's a hard thing for people to explain, especially in America, because we're not usually used to talking about energy. And it's it was a hard thing for me to understand because all I grew up with was the was the the hospital doctor paradigm system and it never worked for me. So I had to find my own way. Mhm.

Mhm. Mhm. Mhm. Mhm. So, it's been uh 4 years first we met online. Uh I have read your uh chart and uh I believe we've been laughing and smiling a lot like you know what you what you think of. Yeah. What a funny Oh, it's a great like I have to like I have to laugh because I've been through so much. You have to laugh. Yeah. I What did you read my chart again recently or only the first time?

What I we read the your chat in that time only, right? Mhm. Yeah. Back then I was still laughing. Um because I hadn't been through the the pain and the processing. And um I really set myself up for a challenge in this lifetime. And it's been really difficult.

Um, it's been really hard. Really hard. Like to the point where you have to laugh because I'm questioning so many things and I'm like, "What? What?" A spiritual awakening is very similar to what happens after you die. You do a life review. So, I did my life review at 44 so I could move on and gain more wisdom.

Some people, if you're not going to go through the spiritual journey, you just go through that after you die. before you go into your next life. So you're going to go through the journey whether you're conscious and on planet Earth or you're going to do it in the astral realms after you die. It's a life review. Mhm. So since then what happened like you know um it was your chart was a little curious. I read your chart and uh we have discussed a lot of stuff. Do you believe I mean are you remembering anything anything from that like um we were just joking because you're like you're obsessed with the occult.

That's what you had said in the other interview. And I didn't really I laughed because I understood it on a deeper level, but now it's much more Mhm. I understand why I'm laughing on a deeper level because [Laughter] Yeah. because it's I don't know even know how to even start, but I've just learned more about myself, my power, how strong my power is, how important it is for me to help other women find their power. Um, before, like I said again, I knew things, but I hadn't experienced it. I hadn't seen the effects of my power. I hadn't seen how much influence I can have on other people when God calls me to do that. Um, for me, what it means is more authenticity. Sometimes where Americans, I'll give you one quick example. Um, I was somewhere where some children were unattended. I mean, their parents were there, but they were a little bit further away. And some kids were like misbehaving like ridiculously for the few minutes. They couldn't sit still without their phone. And I looked at this young lady in the eyes and she was staring at me. And I didn't know what happened, but there was some power going on. And I needed to tell that girl, you know, you need to be quiet right now.

You're not in a situation where you can be falling off your chair and being silly. This is, you know, we're at a community event where people are watching you. And when I got home, I'm like, what got into me telling that girl to be quiet and sit down? And the message that came to me was, oh, her ancestor needed her to listen and needed her to wake up. So sometimes I'm stepping in as somebody's ancestor to remind them things that they couldn't handle from a person. You know what I mean? They needed to hand they needed to get the energy of that.

So, every so often, God uses me as someone to pull someone out of their average level of consciousness and get them to be a little more awake, like, uh, hey, did you know this? Or, hey, I mean, sometimes it's so clear to me that I just go up and tell people things and they're confused. They're like, who are you telling me this? And sometimes I don't even know. I just say that's the message.

It's kind of fun actually because I don't always know when it's going to happen. So I'm like, "Oh, this is kind of fun." Makes life a little more interesting. Yeah. Quite interesting. Yeah. So um since then uh after uh you got uh the awakening experiences and you tried to uh do things on online and what is going on now? How do you see now? I'm finding that because I'm aligning with my higher energy, the right people are getting attracted to me at the right time. Um, I'm easily able to, um, enhance my followers, like my LinkedIn followers are just flowing right to me now. Um, whereas before some people would accept it and some people didn't. Um, I'm when I'm trying to find followers, I just sort of I don't look too much into it. I go by feel and invite people that might be interested because the important thing for me is this is not going to make sense if your mind is not open to this level of awareness. So, I really just finding that I've actually raised my vibe to a place where I can be of service. And now I'm I'm not do I mean I'm doing little rituals but mostly it with my own energy calling people to to me who need my particular expertise because gone are the days where you can get all these certifications and be the best. Nowadays, it's that wisdom, that connection with ancestors, the common sense, the lived experiences. That's what we're lacking now.

[Music] So, if somebody connects you for a spiritual guidance, what are the things you can offer? basically in I am going to do free consultations so people can hear I read people's energy and if I will just ask start asking them questions what's important to you and because my energy is so much truth even if they say something but it's more surface and there's something underneath it I will pick up on it and start asking motivational questions for the answer to come out of their psyche that's what People don't understand. Part of a job of spiritual guidance is pulling the answer from people so they can hear it from their own self out of their own mouth. Healers don't just look at you and say, "You're healed." I have a vibration that invites your vibration to say, "Oo, do I want to be at that vibration?" Mhm. And then if you're ready, then things will align in your life for you to raise your vibration.

So there's just a lot of um I think something that needs to be cleared up is a healer is someone from my from from my opinion and my perspective, a healer is someone that for whatever reason has gone through some kind of right or passage or initiation that my healed vibration is what other people need.

So, it's not just the talking, it's a combination of different things of other people feeling my energy and that's almost like a um an offer of an opportunity. Are you ready for this vibe? So, some people will feel my vibe and they'll say they won't know anything right away.

they'll need to sleep on it for a couple days and then all of a sudden, hm, I think I want to fast. That might be something that happens because subconsciously they want to be the higher vibe and their body is going to tell them, okay, if you want to be there, then you'll have to do some intermittent fasting. It might be that or it might be something else. That's why I have a lot of experience from doing this for many sessions, basically over 3,000 of them in a corporate setting. That was like a boot camp for me to get into people's psyche and figure out what's really going on. Mhm.

Mhm. If uh people want to connect with you regarding this kind of service, how they can connect with you like you know uh I mean you've been said your website in our last podcast is the same place where they can connect with you the Gmail prana@gmail.com is the best way now or a LinkedIn request um or a message through Instagram.

Those are three different ways people connect. I'm open to doing 20 minute consultations for people to decide if it is the right fit. Um, and perhaps maybe explain to people what the next step is because sometimes when you meet someone like me, the next step is something challenging. People have to take time to say really feel within themselves, am I motivated to do that? Do I have the right? It's not just about tools. To me, a lot of it is being in the right stage of change and the proper place for motivational change.

So, thank you for joining me today. Uh, I think uh we can enter this thing. You want to say anything else? I again just want to encourage everyone to seek some form of spiritual practice in their life. Whatever it is, we all need it now because the earth really needs us. And it is not just us observing. It is time for us to actively do something in our own lives. And that might not just be um giving or helping someone else. That's what all this self-care is. A lot of this is find a deeper part of yourself. That's your job.

[Music] Yeah.
