I mean the one the one thing I would say about that I actually remember something very specific which was when I was in India you often were not sitting in chairs but you were sitting in a squat position and while you were eating or going to the bathroom whatever it was you were in a squat way more than my whole life growing up as a westerner because we were always sitting in chairs and you know I had been practicing yoga for a very long time so I was pretty flexible and I can sit in a squat maybe better than a lot of other westerners could. But I remember sitting around while we were eating and looking around.
We were in a squat and like everybody else's knees were like way up here, like next to the top of their head, but my knees were down lower here, like towards the bottom of my head. And I thought, "Oh, wow." Like if you spend your whole life in a squat position, not sitting in a chair, your body actually is shaped differently. Like you the bone your bones end up shaped differently.
